Sinopsis

Nick, an alien graduate student from the Ivy Planet, travels to Earth and assumes the identity of Ken Takase to study human behavior for his doctoral thesis. When he saves newspaper photographer Maki Hayama from a collapsing building, they discover the evil organization Tentacle was responsible. Nick decides to stay on Earth and use advanced alien technology to stop Tentacle and its successor organization Octopus as the superhero Machineman.
