Sinopsis

Kimoto Aoi, an editor of a shojo manga magazine, visits a fitness gym to help his senior colleague, Ando Masayoshi, who is the deputy editor-in-chief of a health magazine, find ideas for his article. Everyone who goes to the gym has their own reasons, big or small.
