Sinopsis

Tsuzuki Ryo, a surgeon, has his beloved wife suddenly kidnapped. In her place, an unidentified patient appears, someone whose face has been completely crushed. The kidnapper threatens Tsuzuki, saying, “If you do not kill that patient, I will kill your wife.” To make matters worse, suspicions arise that the faceless patient may be a vicious murderer currently on the run. Forced to choose between the life of his wife and that of a stranger who may be a criminal, Tsuzuki finds himself cornered. With a ticking time limit, the kidnapper’s hidden motives, and pressure from the police closing in, Tsuzuki is driven further and further into an impossible dilemma.
