Sinopsis

Mitsui Kota, an unremarkable high school boy, joins the fishing club at the invitation of his best friend, Uchi Shinjiro. He had heard it was a group that protects the town’s peace, but in reality, it is a vigilante organization bordering on extortion, controlled by the yakuza and known as “Spinner Bait.” As they crack down on crime through force and establish a strict hierarchy based on points earned, Mitsui remains stuck at zero points, living a frustrated and stagnant life. Around the same time, a series of murders begins to shake the town. Then, a suspicious man appears before Mitsui, claiming to have found the killer’s notebook?!
