Sinopsis

Nogi Yusuke, an employee of Marubishi Corporation, travels to the Republic of Balka to recover 13 billion yen that was mistakenly transferred there. While in Balka, Nogi becomes caught up in a bombing incident. Mistaken for the perpetrator, he finds himself pursued by the Balka police. Together with Nozaki Mamoru, a public security officer he meets locally, and Yuzuki Kaoru, a doctor, Nogi struggles to escape the country. However, none of this is a coincidence. Nogi's true identity is that of an intelligence operative for Bekkan, an unofficial organization operating directly under the Japan Self-Defense Forces.
