Sinopsis

Kionaka Masaki, the manager of the Third Sales Office at the Tokyo branch of the mid-sized pharmaceutical company Tenpo Pharmaceuticals, is also a medical representative (MR). He is determined to secure a coveted position for the company’s groundbreaking new Type 2 diabetes drug, Pancel, as a first-line treatment (Grade A recommendation) in the official medical treatment guidelines.
