Summer 2019, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department forms a special investigation team to solve violent cases and unsolved cases. The special investigation team consists of detectives including Yu Amagi (Noriyuki Higashiyama), Yoshiki Ebisawa (Seiichi Tanabe), Tamaki Mizuta (Kana Kurashina), Takumi Nonomura (Jin Shirasu), Arata Aoyama (Takashi Tsukamoto) and Masatoshi Katagiri (Kotaro Yoshida). Shortly after the team is formed, the body of a dead detective is found in storage.
